IBTEDAIYAH :: Eimaan kay baad sub say aeham eibaadat namaz hay - chunacha Aanhazrat Sallallahu Alahi Wasallam nay farmaya k qiyaamat kay din sub say pehlay namaz ka hisab hoga - aaj kal musalmaan is may bohot soosti karrahay hain is liye nihaayat zaroori hay k musalmanoon ko namaz ki pabandi ki talqeen ki jaye.

ALLHUMDULILLAH Tableegi jama'at is per raat din mehnat karrahi hay lekin laamazhab germuqallideen baynamaziyoon per mehnat karnay kay bajaaye namaziyoon kay diloon may waswasay daaltay rehtay hain k tumhari namaz nahi hoti - ye loog awaam kay saamnay raat din ye kehtay hain k hum sirf Quran o Hadees ko maantay hain lekin jub say {Dour e Angrezi may} ye firqa'h bana hay is ki tehreeroon aur taqreeroon say yahi pata chalta hay k Quran Paak say in ki qismat may sirf mutashabihaat aayi hain - ye tareeqah Quran Paak kay muwaafiq kaj diloon ka hay aur Hadees say in kay hissah may sirf muta'arizaat aayi hain - Hazrat Siddique e Akbar Razi Allahu Aunhu nay aesi Ahaadees kay bayan karnay say sakhti say mana'a farmaya tha kiyo kay is say ummat may ikhtelaaf shadeed hota hay.

04 = Ager Sunan e Arba'h say Hadees dikhayain to kehtay hain k hum nahi maantay , Bukhari o Muslim say dikhao - is tarah Sunan e Arba'h ki Ahaadees kay bhi munkar hain.

05 = Ager Sahaah Sitta'h say koi Hadees dikhayain to foran'n apni taraf say koi shart laga detay hain k falaan lafz hoga to hum manain gay warna hum nahi manain gay - goya ye firqa'h Allah Ta'ala aur Rasool e Aqdas Sallallahu Alahi Wasallam ko yeh mashwara deta hay k Hazrat ager koi deeni maslah batana ho to hum say puch lena k kin alfaaz may maslah bayan karain aur kis shart kay muwaafiq baat karain - Aey Allah Ta'ala ! Aey Nabi Paak ! Aap nay apnay alfaaz may koi maslah bayaan farmaadiya jo hamari shart kay muwaafiq na ho to hum hergiz nahi manain gay - yaad rahay k ye laamazhab na Khuda ki maantay hain na Rasool Sallallahu Alahi Wasallam ki , sirf apni shart per EIMAAN rakhtay hain.

06 = Ager aesi Hadees bhi pesh kardi jaaye jis may wohi alfaaz hoon aur in ki shart bhi puri hojaaye to phir bhi is ko bilkul nahi maantay balkay bardhay zour o shoor say kehtay hay Zaeef hay, Zaeef hay, Zaeef hay - taakay awaam samjhain k bardha Muhaddis hay halaankay wo school ka Taalib e Ilm ya Dukandaar hota hay - algarz Inkaar e Hadees kay liye ye firqa'h her Dhoka karta hay.

الفتنة اشد من القتل

Laamazhab germuqallideen aur Ahnaaf kay darmiyaan bohot say masayeel may ikhtelaaf hay in masayeel may say 1 ye maslah bhi hay k Aurat aur Mard ki namaz may koi farq hay ya nahi ? Germuqallideen kehtay hain k koi farq nahi hay - laamazhab germuqallideen ka ye maslah Quran o Hadees say hergiz sabit nahi hay balkay Ijma'a e Ummat aur Ahaadees kay khilaaf mehaz Ibne Hazum Zahiri ki taqleed per mabni hay.

Shariyat e Mutahara may baaz aehkaam Mard aur Aurat may mushtarik honay kay bawajood baaz tafseelaat may farq hota hay maslan:

01 = Hajj Mard aur Aurat donoon per farz hay mager Aurat kay liye zaadraah kay eilaawah mahram ki shart bhi hay ya khawind sath ho.

02 = Hajj say aehraam khol kar Mard sir mundwaatay hain mager Aurat sir nahi mundwaati.

03 = Hukum e Nikah Mard o Aurat donoon may mushtarik hay mager talaaq mard kay sath khaas hay is ka haq sirf Mard ko hay iddat Aurat kay sath khaas hay.

04 = 1 Mard ko 4 Aurtoon kay sath nikah ki ijaazat hay mager 1 Aurat ko 1 say zayid Mard say nikah ki ijaazat nahi.

Khud laamazhab germuqallideen bhi namaz kay bohot say masayeel may Mard aur Aurat kay darmiyaan farq kartay hain - maslan:

01 = In ki masaajid may Mard to imam aur khateeb hain lekin kisi masjid may Aurat na imam hay na khateeb.

02 = In ki masaajid may muaz'zan hamesha Mard hota hay Aurat ko kabhi muaz'zan nahi banatay.

03 = Namaz ba'jamat ki iqaamat hamesha Mard kehtay hain Aurat say iqaamat nahi kehalwatay.

04 = Hamesha agli safoon may Mard khardhay hotay hain , Aurtoon ko agli safoon may khardha nahi kartay.

05 = In kay aksar Mard nangay sir namaz pardhtay hain mager Aurtain namaz kay waqt Dupattah nahi autaar phenkteen.

Hazrat Aayisha Razi Allahu Aunha farmati hain k Rasoolullah Sallallahu Alahi Wasallam nay farmaya baaligha Aurat ki namaz aordhni kay bagair qabool nahi hoti.

06 = In kay Mardoon ki aksar kohniyaan aur nisf pindiliyaan namaz may nangi rehti hain lekin in ki Aurtain is tarah namaz nahi pardhti.

07 = Mard aur Aurat kay "Satar e Aurat" may bhi farq hay.

08 = Namaz e Jumma'h Mard per farz hay Aurat per farz nahi - isy tarah namaz e panchjegana ka ba'jamat adaa karna Mardoon per lazim hay na k Aurtoon per.

09 = Namaz may koi baat pesh aaye to Mard tasbeeh kahay aur Aurat hath say khatka karay

Aayimma'h Ahnaaf may say Sahib e Hidaya'h farmatay hain k Aurat hath kandhoon tak authaaye ye is kay liye ziyada satar ka bayis hay aur sijda'h ka maslah bayan kartay huwe farmatay hain k Aurat simat kar sijda'h karay ye is kay parda'h kay ziyada munasib hay.

Imam Shafayi Rehmahullah Kitab ul Aalaam {PAGE 511 JILD 1} may farmatay hain Aurat kay liye pasandeedah yahi hay k simat kar sijda'h karay kiyo kay ye ziyada bayis e satar hay aur saari namaz may satar ka aehtmaam karay.

Imam Nawavi Rehmahullah nay majmu'o may isy tarah Mazhab e Shafayi bayan kiya hay.

Malkiya'h may say Abu Zaid Qerwaani nay "Alrisaalah" may saraahat farmaayi hay k Ibne Ziyaad ki rivaayat jo saheeh hay yahi hay k Imam Malik Rehmahullah nay farmaya k Aurat simat kar sijda'h karay.

Ye maslah bhi ijma'ayi hay aur Ijma'e Ummat ka mukhalif bahukum e Quran o Hadees dozakhi hay aur Hadees may ijma'a say katnay walay ko SHETAN bhi kaha gaya hay.

Afsoos hay k germuqallideen Mard bhi Aurtoon ki tarah namaz pardhtay hain - 1 jagah ger muqallideen ka wajood nahi tha - koi germuqallid waha namaz pardh raha tha us ka yeh naya tareeqah dekh kar 2 shukhs aapas may batain karnay lagay k ye ajeeb aadmi hay k Khuda nay is ko Mard banaya mager ye namaz Aurtoon wali pardhta hay - dusray nay kaha is nay namaz apni "Bey Bey Jee" say seekhi hogi - is liye wesi hi namaz pardhta hay.

03 = Mardoon ko chhoti aungli aur anghothay ka halqah banakar bayain kalayi ko pakardhna chahiye aur dahini 3 aungliyaan bayain kalayi per bichhani chahiyain aur Aurat ko dahini hatheli bayain hatheli ki pusht per rakhni chahiye , halqah banana aur bayain kalayi ko pakardhna na chahiye.

FAIDA'H : Aanhazrat Sallallahu Alahi Wasallam kay {Namaz may} hath bandhnay ki rivayaat mukhtalif hain - kisi may hay k Aap Sallallahu Alahi Wasallam nay dayaan hath bayain hath per rakha , kisi may hay k dayain hath say bayain hath ko pakrdha , kisi may hay k dayaan hath bayain bazu per rakha - Fuqaha'a jo Bafarmaan e Rasool Sallallahu Alahi Wasallam Hadees kay ma'ani ziyada samajhtay hain aunhoon nay aesa tareeqah samjhaya k tamaam Ahaadees per amal hogaya - hatheli hatheli per bhi agayi , aungli aur anghothay say bayain hath ko pakardh bhi liya aur dayain hath ki aungliyaan bayain bazu per bichh bhi gayeen.

04 = Mardoon ko ruku'o may achhi tarah jhhuk jana chahiye k sir aur sireen aur pusht baraaber hojayain aur Aurtoon ko is qadar na jhhukna chahiye balkay sirf is qadar k in kay hath ghutnoon tak pohonch jayain.

[AALAMGIRI] is may bhi satar ka ziyada aehtmaam hay aur is kay khilaaf bhi kisi say manqool nahi.

05 = Mardoon ko ruku'o may aungliyaan kushaadah karkay ghutnoon per rakhni chahiyain aur Aurtoon ko bagair kushaadah kiye huwe balkay milakar rakhni chahiyain.

ان یتخفضن فی سجودھن

اذا سجدتما فضما بعض اللحم الی الارض فان المرأۃ فی ذلك لیست کالرجل

لیتفقهوا فی الدین

aur bahukum Rasoolullah Sallallahu Alahi Wasallam:

رب حامل فقه غیر فقیه = الحدیث

aur batehqeeq muhaddiseen

الفقهاء اعلم بمعانی الحدیث

فکلوا منها و اطعمو البائس الفقیر

و اذا حللتم فاصطادوا = القرآن.
