Baab e Awwal : Tahzeerun Naas kiya hay?

Risala'h "tahzeerun naas" 1 istiftaa'a ka jawab hay jo hindustaan kay shehar bareli may rehnay walay 1 mumtaaz aalim e deen moulana muhammad ahsan nanutavi rehmahullah nay hujjat ul islam hazrat moulana muhammad qasim nanutavi rehmahullah ki khidmat may irsaal kiya tha ¤

Ye fatwa'a jiska pura naam "tahzeerun naas" [min inkar asar ibne abbas razi allahu aunhu] hay kitabi surat may pehli baar 1290 hijri bamutabiq 1873 may matba' siddique bareli kay zer e aehtmaam chapa gaya ¤ [1]

"ager sayyed ahmed shah sahab namaz eidgaah may pardhaadain to kisi tarah nizaa'a aur takraar pesh na hoga na hamari taraf say na hamaray dostoon ki taraf say aur der surat na honay ya inkaar karnay sayyed sahab kay qazi ghulam humza sahab ka imam hona munasib hay is per bhi kuch takraar na hogi ager unhoon nay bhi qubool na kiya to hum ko bhi kuch behez nahi kisi ki imaamat say hamari taraf say niza'a na hogi" ¤ [8]

Lihaaza bernazer door karnay muzanna'h awaam kay ye ishtehaar deta hoon k mera aqeeda'h ye hay k aanhazrat sallallahu alahi wasallam kay siwa na koi khaatim ul nabiyeen huwa na hoga pus khilaaf is aqeda'h kay ger saheeh aur galat tasawwur kiya jaye ¤

ولقد کرمنا بنی آدم

Baab e soum

Tahzeerun naas eibaraat ki haqeeqat aur toujeeh:

"tahzeerun naas" jesa k pehlay ziker hochuka hay 1 sawal ka jawab hay jo daraasal "imkaan e nazeer" aur "imtina e nazeer" kay jaghrdhay say paida huwa . "imkaan e nazeer" kay daayi hazrat ibne abbas razi allahu aunhu ki 1 hadees pesh kartay thay k aesa hona mumkin hay aur mukhalifeen aesa kehnay per inhay munkir khatm e nubuwwat girdaantay thay . Moulana muhammad qasim nanutavi nay hadees ki sehat ko daleel say sabit kiya mager is ki taweel o toujeeh ki k jis ki waja say aqeeda'h khatm e nubuwwat may farq pardhnay ki na sirf nafi ki balkay dalayeel kay zariye sabit kiya k is hadees kay bawajood aap sallallahu alahi wasallam ki zaat silsilah nubuwwat o risaalat may aakhri hay ¤

Imtena'a aur imkaan e nazeer kay masla'h ka hal bhi bataya k aap sallallahu alahi wasallam ki zaat kay baad aap kay misel mumkin bilzaat mutamann'e bilgair hay . Yani allah ta'ala qadir e mutlaq honay kay naatay aesa karsaktay to hain mager aesa khilaaf sunnatulllah honay ki waja say kartay nahi . Goya mumkin honay kay bawajood namumkin hay ¤

Hadees mazkoora'h kay saheeh tasleem karlenay kay bawajood aqeeda'h khatm e nubuwwat per aser andaaz na honay kay baray may unhoon nay lafz khatim ki tafseelan tashreeh farmaker waze'h kardiya k aap sallallahu alahi wasallam ki zaat silsila'h nubuwwat o risaalat may aakhri o hatmi hay is kay baad kisi qisem ka imkaan kufr hay . Apnay aqeeda'h khatm e nubuwwat ki moulana nay "tahzeerun naas" may bhi aur dusri kutub may bhi khoob wazaahat farmayi jis ka ziker auper ki sutoor may guzerchuka hay . "itlaaq khaatim is baat ko muqtazi hay k tamaam anmbiya'a e kiraam alahimus salaam ka silsila'h aap per khatam hota hay" ¤ [41]

"balkay bilfarz aap kay zamanay may bhi kaheen aur nabi ho jub bhi aap ka khaatim hona badastoor baaqi rehta hay balkay ager bilfarz baad zamana nabvi bhi koi nabi peda ho to bhi khaatmiyat muhammad sallallahu alahi wasallam may kuch farq na aaye gaa . Ab is ilmi sirqa'h ki inteha ki tafseel mulahiza'h ho ¤

Eibaarat ka aakhri hissa'h

"awaam kay khayaal may to rasool sallallahu alahi wasallam ka khaatim hona baa'yen mainay hay k aap sub may aakhri nabi hain mager ahle feham per roshan hay k taqdeem o ta'akhur zamanay may bilzaat kuch fazeelat nahi" ¤

Ye eibaarat page num 3 kay shuru'o may yani "tahzeerun naas" ka ibtidaayi hissa'h hay , choonkay'h ye risala'h 1 sawal ka jawab hay aur sawal ye hay k "aser ibne abbas razi allahu aunhu" ka mazmoon ya'ani diger tibqaat e arz may aur aesay hi anbiya'a ka yaqeeni manna khatm e nubuwwat kay aqeeday kay manaafi hay ¤

Garz ikhtetaam ager baa'yain mainay tajweez kiya jaway jo menay arz kiya to aap sallallahu alahi wasallam ka khatim hona guzishta'h hi ki nisbat khaas na hoga balkay bilfarz aap sallallahu alahi wasallam kay zamana'h may bhi kaheen nabi ho jub bhi aap sallallahu alahi wasallam ka khatim hona badastoor baqi rehta hay . Mager jesay itlaaq khatam ul nabiyeen is baat ko muqtazi hay k is lafz may kuch taweel na kijiye aur alal umoom tamaam anbiya'a ka khaatim kahiye" ¤

Is eibaarat may kis tanazur may baat horahi hay aur muta'ariz ki aetraaz karraha hay . Isay kujfehmi kahiye ya kumfehmi k seedhi baat ko ya to samajh na sakay aur ya jaan boojh kar ulta matlab pehnadiya hay aur hujjatullah fil'arz kay zahiri isbaat ko manfi sabit karnay ki koshish ki jarahi hay ¤
